2022 Housing Assessment Survey Zoning Recommendations

The Department of City Planning is proposing city-wide zoning changes that address the findings of the 2022 Pittsburgh Housing Needs Assessment, including expanding inclusionary zoning citywide, reforming parking minimums within the zoning code, legalizing accessory dwelling units (ADUs), and changing zoning around three busway/T-line stations to encourage transit-oriented development.
